1.3. By initiating a purchase of Palladium through the Website or making a payment via any supported payment method, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Buyer") fully accept and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, as well as the End User License Agreement (EULA) of the game DarkSwords.
1.4. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Palladium Purchase Tool.
2.1. Palladium (Pd) is a virtual, in-game currency used exclusively within the online game DarkSwords.
2.2. Palladium has no monetary value in the real world, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and is non-transferable outside the DarkSwords game environment.
2.3. The Tool provided on the Website serves as a medium for users to buy and fund their DarkSwords game character accounts with Palladium.
3.1. Character Nickname Requirement:
During the payment process, the User must specify their exact in-game character nickname in the payment comment field or the designated input field on the Website.
3.2. Delivery:
Palladium is delivered directly to the specified character's account in DarkSwords upon successful confirmation and processing of the payment by the payment service provider.
3.3. Accuracy of Information:
The User is solely responsible for entering the correct character nickname. The Service is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect nickname input by the User.
4.1. Prices for Palladium packages are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (including, but not limited to, PayPal, Monobank, Privat24, and electronic cards/wallets).
4.3. The User is responsible for any applicable transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or banking commissions imposed by payment providers or financial institutions.
5.1. Spent Palladium:
Once Palladium has been credited to the User's in-game account and spent or partially spent within DarkSwords, it is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
5.2. Unspent Palladium Cancellation (24-Hour Window):
If the User purchases Palladium, has not spent any portion of the purchased amount, and wishes to cancel the transaction:
5.3. Deduction of Transaction Fees:
All approved refunds are subject to the deduction of non-refundable processing fees, bank charges, and payment gateway commissions incurred during the original transaction and refund processing.
6.1. The Service operates as an official authorized dealer for DarkSwords. However, the Service is not responsible for:
